“One important thing that I will point out is that they did find other things wrong with my car and not only did they tell me, they sent videos to show me what was wrong and gave me an opportunity to apply for credit! They did what they had to do and got everything fixed in a timely manner! As a female who doesn’t know ANYTHING about cars I thank them for not trying to get over on me!”

“I took the car into E1 Auto to get a second estimate for the repairs. E1 did two of the repairs (brake pads and a tie rod) for about half the price, and then told me that the other two repairs were not needed. They could easily have done those uneccessary repairs and billed me for it, but they walked me out to show me everything and told me that the other repairs were not needed. I have found my go-to shop for any future repairs.”
