"What Can I say about this crew!?Best experience I've ever had at a auto repair shop. No headache what do ever. Went in knowing that I was needing an engine. Manager Adam gave me a price no one else was able to beat! Then the assistant manager Andres kept me updated every step of the way with phone calls and pictures of the process happening. Called me the minute it was ready. Andres even stayed late til I was able to get there ( almost an hour after they closed ) showed me the new engine parts they also installed new on the engine they even washed the car and NOT ONE grease stain in the interior. I'm in complete shock I recommend everyone in the DFW come to this shop!!"

"I took my car another shop and was told that I needed 4 repairs and was given an estimate of $1,500. I took the car into E1 Auto to get a second estimate for the repairs. E1 did two of the repairs (brake pads and a tie rod) for about half the price, and then told me that the other two repairs were not needed. They could easily have done those uneccessary repairs and billed me for it, but they walked me out to show me everything and told me that the other repairs were not needed. "I don’t even know where to start! I will not call any names because I wasn’t able to talk to everyone who had a part in getting my car right but I WANT TO SHOUT OUT THE WHOLE E1 AUTO TEAM!!! You guys were AMAZING TO WORK WITH!! One important thing that I will point out is that they did find other things wrong with my car and not only did they tell me, they sent videos to show me what was wrong and gave me an opportunity to apply for credit! They did what they had to do and got everything fixed in a timely manner! As a female who doesn’t know ANYTHING about cars I thank them for not trying to get over on me! They have a lifetime customer now! Also I told my mother about them and now she’s a satisfied customer as well!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE!!"
